In order to ensure the safety and quality of our products, we conduct comprehensive testing on each batch of dehydrated vegetables and seasoning powder, including microbial indicators, pesticide residues, heavy metal content and physical properties. The following are the main test items:

    Test total bacteria, yeast, mold, etc. to ensure food safety meets standards and reduce contamination risks.

  • Ingredient and residue testing

    Analyze moisture content, pesticide residues, heavy metals, etc. to ensure the health and safety of products.

  • Physical testing

    Including appearance indicators such as volume density, foreign matter, color, and rehydration testing to ensure the stability of the product in various application scenarios.
